We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting. We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible.

3. Ordering & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the event of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. VIVU is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon dispatch. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Refund Policy. Sale items and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of VIVU or its suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, VIVU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
